In order to adapt to the active control and management of active distribution network (ADN), proposes a new heat pump type of CCHP system. Uses the absorption heat pump, electric heat pump and storage tank to deeply recover the waste heat of the flue gas, which causes the temperature of the exhausted gas is decreased to about 10℃. Meanwhile, the electric heat pump is consuming the power generated by the generator to adjust the peak of the network and feed the electricity from renewable energy into the grid. Thus, the CCHP system can be highly effective in the case of thermal and electrical coordination. The total energy efficiency under design condition can reach 91%. Studies the flow and the operation mode of the system. Through calculation and analysis of actual case, obtains the hourly operation characteristics of the system. According to the hourly analysis of the operation, gives the capacity of the electric heat pump and the storage tank as well as the configurations of the system. The results show that the system can meet not only the management requirements of the ADN, but also the heating and cooling requirements of the users. Meanwhile, the total heat of the flue gas can be recovered. Provides technical support for the application of the system in the future smart grid.
